Gov. Sanders signs bill for carrying concealed without permit

This takes language out of the law that was confusing, but 90 days from 4/14/23, it will be completely legal to carry a concealed weapon in the state of Arkansas without a permit.
That is as long as you are not prohibited from carrying a weapon (such as you are a convicted felon or in a place where carrying weapons is prohibited by law).

A state should not have to pass a law declaring this. That right shall not be infringed.
