I would avoid that business if I thought they volunteered to advertise themselves as a 'black-owned' business. This would be the only thing I would shun a business for doing. So if the business itself is advertising - "come shop with me cause we're black" I would not spend a dime with them. So - if this were the case, I'd use the google feature to find them so I don't accidentally associate myself with racists.

I would refuse to use the Google feature if they were arbitrarily making their own conclusion of "black owned" and publishing it. That's because I would not know one way or the other about the owner's melanin makeup.
