get the popcorn, the Dallas Cowboys play tomorrow night!

I am going to watch the pre-game to see what Jerry does if his players start taking a knee. He already stated he will fire them if they don't stand for the anthem.
it's going to be something to watch, because another day of this national TV coverage is only going to motivate some players tomorrow night to make another statement during prime time.
ah, if only we had Howard Cosell tomorrow night I'd be fired up. His era calling Monday night games was special. I will treasure those memories. Dang I think I just realized how I used to love the NFL and now? I just don't care..not since the Oilers moved to Tennessee.

Well, it's Jerry Jones, so we know damn well it's bullshite. He has a history of placating star players. He's not sitting/firing Elliot, Prescott, or Bryant if any of them kneel.

Why wouldn't they? Jerry has no leverage. They know he's not going to sit them, and even by some small chance if he would, they'd just sick the union on him.

I don't think he ever straight up said it. He did say he thought disrespecting the flag has no place in football.

The players are his employees, so he has the ability to curb their free speech. Not much the union or NFL can do.
