C'mon man? They got here and have free housing, SNAP, healthcare, and a lot of time on their hands. They were bored and needed something to do.
Don't put them in jail. Give everyone else sensitivity training on how to avoid triggering our guests. Gay people should avoid overt displays of affection in public. Women should keep all skin covered. Dogs should stay inside, or, if that is not reasonable, they should be rehomed.
