I am calling bullshite on the OP. These four are catching serious felony charges. The kidnaping alone with the victim being mentally disabled is 6 to 30 years and just read they going to hang a hate crime charge.

Just posting what I heard on the radio. About drove off the road when guy definitely said "picking on"
