I’m sure you’re one of those clapping seals who chant “no evidence of fraud” as DOGE exposes fraud.

Yes this is a national news story. These people stole 400000 dollars from the federal taxpayers bc there is no oversight of the bloated and useless federal bureaucracy and its multitude of “contractors” “grant recipients” and NGOs.

Just like the evil tyrant orange man and his evil sidekick Elon have been shouting from the mountaintops.

Fraud happens everywhere. Equal or even moreso in the private sector. Especially in banking. The amount of internal fraud is eye opening

Tip of the iceberg. Now let’s see his voter party affiliation. (Might be informative on why there’s no reporting)
Hint: he's a civil rights attorney, which was also his primary function at USDA

I think the article left out a few details:

In pleading guilty, Kirk Perry and Jamarea Grant admitted that, from August 2015 through November 2022,

"Perry, who at the time was serving as a USDA Program Director, arranged for Jamarea Grant. Perry's Nephew, to be hired by two companies under contract with the USDA Office of Assistant Secretary for CIVIL RIGHTS. Grant reported directly to Perry, who also approved the invoices billing for Grant’s time, and the two of them conspired to bill the government for work that Grant did not perform.

The USDA has a office of Civil Rights? I wonder what lawyer heads that department?

nothing compared to the fraud that’s within the government and contracts….

And it is this attitude that has created the environment where politicians and government employees think it is perfectly fine to steal from the taxpayers...

shouldn’t really be a media story unless it’s his local news

It should be national news and should run multiple times to make an example of people like this...
