You can only harvest someone who recently became incapacitated. You cant just go turn in anyones vote.

now NJ is a bit diff and they def have cheating there.

Many people who voted for Biden because of a few mean tweets now realize that some stupid comments are not worth paying more for gas, food and pretty much everything.
Like James Carville said "its the economy stupid". People will vote with their pocketbooks in shitty times. If times are good then they vote with their emotions.
