you should be subject to the laws that govern freedom of speech in a public square.

You still have no idea what "freedom of speech" is about

HINT: It has nothing to do with Facebook

Funny cause that is Alex Jones's entire point about it LOL

Just because he is right about some things does not make him less of a nutjob.

The SCOTUS has ruled that even in a PRIVATELY HELD (read owned) public square, that speech cannot be restricted.

Should I show you the video of your fascist heroes like Zuckerbot and @Jackass claiming their platforms are public squares to avoid certain regulatory scrutiny?

One day in the not too far distant future this website will be restricted and hard to find in the search engines because of the PT.

If you have a point, please make it. So far, you have provided nothing to this thread.

JuiceTerry doesn't care. He will stubbornly refuse to understand every issue even when presented with clear evidence that his understanding is wrong. He isn't worth effort.

All SCOTUS said is that everyone has a right to post on social media

But everyone also has to abide by the terms of service, or else... What happens, fatkid?

They suffer the consequences, ie get banned

If the SC had ruled on that, it wouldn't be happening

You can stay willfully ignorant, or you can learn and be correct from now on

Your choice

Facebook banned Franklin Graham for a day. They have gone too far and need to be regulated. No speech should be forcefully banned on the second largest media platform in the world behind TV.

Do you realize how ridiculous this sounds? Even true "free speech" has limitations
