yep, good point, just because it can be detected does not automatically guarantee that it is the cause. Its the same kind of lie and fear mongering that led to its being made illegal in the first place.

That's a pretty useless statistic considering you can test positive for marijuana weeks after use.
I would guess that the number of murderers testing positive for marijuana is also up.
