Remember when Snoop Dogg actually assassinated Trump in one of his music videos? And he was praised for it?

I remember.

Reality is that this guy was very likely no threat to anyone and would have died of diabetes before a gunfight having never made an attempt of violence on someone's life.

But FBI raiding his house brought all his ranting and fantasies to a head and now he's dead.

Admittedly - I'm not sure how you balance that. I don't object to federal law enforcement checking in on people who make pretty detailed hyperbolic rants about murdering prominent officials. But I also think he'd likely be alive if left alone to rant and nobody else would be harmed in the process.

Why the FBI here? I'm sure there is some reason, but doesn't the Secret Service do this sort of thing all day/every day? I imagine USSS is very experienced and successful in keeping a lid on the crazies in every town in America during Presidential visits. Imagine they've gotten pretty good at assessing risk without sending the nuts flying off the deep end every time.
