You have a good point. I vaguely recall that Sidney was filing that Sullivan be recused. Techno Fog has all Flynn filing up quickly. Nothing.

And yeah Barr would be accused of being Trump's lawyer & biased if he intervened-but he is not a stupid man he see's the stall. DOJ could file even more earth shattering proofs that Flynn was set-up. It just seems as if it is a stall that DOJ is fine with.
They think they got Flynn off the roof of the burning building and put the fire out for appearances...

What did van Grack know and when did he know it. Barr should hang BvG out and then Sullivan has his impropriety on which to grant the dismissal. If he doesn’t then it’s more evidence of his bias and animus towards Flynn.
