Look, I agree wholeheartedly with your main premise and I’m not arguing against that line of defense.
Panera apparently displayed the ingredients of the drink in plain site for customers to make an informed decision on whether to consume the drink:
But why is it unlikely her heart condition was perhaps a result of the vaccine, compounded by the caffeinated drink.
Again, since cardiac arrhythmia is a known side effect of the COVID-1984 vaccine and since she was a student at Penn, she may very well have been required to be vaccinated to remain a student.
The point here is the family may be barking up the wrong tree.
