who includes the room in a headline? and why lie about the location being unknown?

I think he's referring to the statement in the article that said they didn't know whether it is happened in a public or private restroom when the local news had reported it happened in a private residence with a known assailant.

When it was first posted, I assumed it happened at some public place and they didn't know the assailant. So from a reporting standpoint, that was in accurate and deceiving, since the information was available.

and yet again...to be clear...this is a despicable act by a horrible human being and i hope whatever remains of this scumbag's life is filled with pain

but to claim that it's unclear if this happened in a public restroom or a private residence, when it's been in the court record for at least 72 hours, is disingenuous at best.
