That's what I think the Democrat play book is for 2024. The more money spent on legal fees, the less money to go towards campaigning.
That's also why the big money has moved away from Trump and when the next round of campaign finance figures come out they are likely going to be very bad for Trump. Sucks but it is what it is. Trump isn't going to self fund and his legal expenses are going to be insane with what will likely be 4 separate indictments.
In the end his entire campaign is going to be talking about his legal issues and not issues that affect the people. It's a completely unjust prosecution but Trump walked into a lot of those traps and made them worse.
