Horowitz's report was completely half baked to the point where he looks like he's trying to give the democrats and republicans something and dilute the impact it will have.

They cleared all these people of distributing classified info on personal devices, yet the FBI didn't access 1 single personal device of anyone involved to investigate.

Horowitz JUST stated that he couldn't do a complete investigation cause he doesn't have subpoena power!!!!

I find that a terrible argument for letting fricktards with power go without oversight.
1) IF classified info is leaked, deal with the leaker appropriately
2) There is too much kept secret from the people. I don't mind "leaks" nearly as much as an FBI and DOJ with SECRETS

Well, he is pretty much telling Feinstein that leaks aren't good at ANY time which includes most of the leaks done against Trump. Soooo, Feinstein isn't going to be happy with that.
