Doge cuts not being realized in many instances due to previous admin

You guys have to realize that the previous admin knew Trump would come in and try to cut.
Now I dont think they had ANY idea that Doge would be able to do what they are executing.
However, these funds, like the 20 billion the EPA sent to a bank to be dispersed is just a sampling of them trying to "throw the gold bars off the ship".
Im certain they signed a lot of contracts to prevent the clawing back of the money.
Next steps should be the DOJ filing suit claiming many of these payments, many many of them, are not even thinly veiled kickbacks.
Not just to reclaim the money but criminal suits, it would slow down all these suits to get or keep the money.

It's simple.
Clawback and cancel what you can.
Delay the rest and tell every proposed recipient if they accept the money, they would prepare for an ongoing audit that would make a sadistic proctologist blush.
