There is some serious backfilling going on with WHO and remdesivir. It suggests in November 2020 that WHO recommended AGAINST the use, however in the summer 2021 of Delta wave the use of remdesivir was all the rage as the miracle panacea for Covid hospitalized patients. The protocol was to limit IV drip bag fluids for intubated patients while the oxygen came back up to normal levels while blasting them with remdesivir. The combo of fluids withheld and the remdesivir fried the kidneys almost the very second the patient came off the vent. There was a major wave of 40-something males dying from this July/August 2021 timeframe.

It absolutely was sold to the public as a preventative. There were entire campaigns around that shite.
We would be allowed to go out in public again, even without masks. Of course then they shifted to breakthrough infections.. and now denial.
