Not so much the cities themselves, it’s the nonprofits/ngo’s that are intertwined with city leaders.
No different than the Jesse Jacksons/Al Sharptons of the world, they’ve gotten filthy rich off of “racism”. If “racism” didn’t exist they’d be out of extremely well paying jobs.
