There is no need to debate you, because many others have tried to make the point of intercession in the forms of Mary, the Saints, Angels, etc.
You clearly have your opinion and that’s fine. But I won’t waste energy “debating” you. That battle has already been won. I will pray for you, and the continued unity of The Church.

Pride is saying “I’ve got this all in my own” when God out of love has provided you a communion of Saints and temporal sacraments to help rescue you. I understand the independent attitude of just me and the divine word. Just remember no where in the Bible does it state divine revelation is limited to the written word! This was greatly understood by the very people who compiled the New Testament. Read the letters of the early Church fathers.
