I could not help but laugh at your statement. I was on a plane at a Mexican airport years ago. Looking out the window you could see a group of men in the distance cutting grass with sickles. There was a supervisor standing not far away. Every time the supervisor would turn his back they would stop. When he would start to turn around they would begin working.
