Doesn’t an impeachment process allow the Judge to defend his actions and decisions?

Why can’t the President express his opinion and why hasn’t he talked about the onslaught of federal judges impeding the executive branch from carrying out its constitutional duties.

Remember this is the FISA Judge that allowed for all of the warrants which were clearly not based on any constitutional aspect

So now you have a prejudice judge who should've recused himself originally years ago and should've refused himself from this case making bad rulings and potentially intentional rulings knowing the constitutionality of his rulings are wrong
