I work for a top 50 esop company and for years we gave our biggest donation to the Salvation Army. That stopped in 2021 and we now divide it to a few local charities of our choosing

This ordeal breaks my heart.

The Salvation Army first and foremost is a CHURCH. A Church with Methodist origins and original motto of "Heart to God, Hand to Man". Now it's motto is"Doing the most Good". So situations like this are the result of that new motto.

I grew up attending the Army. The whole church and youth group thing and it was great. I once considered becoming an officer(pastor) in the SA but was not cut from that cloth. I've actually help gather kettles and count red kettle money at the end of the night for a few Christmas seasons at multiple Corps(churches).

Most of that red kettle money goes towards good things. SA homeless operations, Harbor Light facilities, Boys and Girls clubs, Angel Tree. And it's how the SA is able to take care of it's officers.

My Son was a serious and professional drug addict.
I got tired of propping him up and called Salvation Army about him going and staying there-They said he to test test clean for drugs before they would let him stay.

That’s when I stopped giving to the Salvation Army.
This post actually pissed me off. What a POS.

They have families at their facilities. Many are women and children in hiding from domestic abuse. They can't have drugged up. cuck raised idiots around these children.

"I'm mad at the Salvation Army, because they wouldn't take the junkie that I raised off my hands."

He is your son, and you didn't want the problem. Now you're mad that an orginization wouldn't take him into their shelter around women and children while strung out?

No wonder your kid is a junkie. He sure as hell didn't have much of a man for a father.

If I expressed my views here I would probably be banned. Let's just say I am pro-White to the extreme.

However, I still do the Angel Tree. Many children and elderly would not have Christmas without. I still drop into the kettles.

I won't let one or two woke idiots make punish a good charity. The SA will feed and clothes the homeless. They will hide and protect abuse victims from their abusers.

Did I like the woke commente? No, I was infuriated. Will I punish the needy because of it? No.

I'll bet half the people in her bashing the SA. Still give to the United Way. Don't get me started on those con artists.
