Let's just dumb down everything. Would you want those students that are socially promoted to be admitted to college? How about med school or vet school?

This is why the school board should be independent of the mayor. I always laugh when some tub running for MP of EBR says he will fix the schools. The MP has no control over the parish school system, and rightfully so.
