It's not an accident that he chose 16 democrats/Hillary donors for his team. Then his investigation has priority over any others in DC going on and no one can get possession of his evidence or interfere...so, Honest Bob kinda has carte blanche to do what ever the frick he wants with no over sight. Rosenstien isn't checking in on Bob any time soon.
