Posted this many times before. It's a self-perpetuating cycle.
It happens every time. Nice, shiny school or development gets built in suburbia, and some developer swoops in with 8 million apartments and townhomes. People can't figure out why the quality of the school has gone downhill, as they sort thru the 21 different dialects and >50% transiency rate.
I really believe Atlanta will stretch to the Tennessee border before long, as people keep trying to outrun the trash.
