cannot contribute to campaigns

Of course not - directly - but they can hire dozens of multimillion dollar per year consultants & managers who can take a billion dollars and manage to find out how to finally distribute $3.50 to some orphan group in Nigeria.

The rest gets 'managed' away enroute (and those 'managers' know that if they want the same job next year they better donate half of their salary to some DEM fundraising effort)

501 C 3 can't but 501 C 4 CAN get money from USAID and then donate to a PAC where it is spent on politicians.

The claim was that the reason for the low amount of funds in the DNC coffers was due to "a large amount of democratic cash was coming back from the various ngos that usaid gave cash" and "USAID was the lifeblood. That was their jugular" Those claims seem completely invented and not based on facts. The 501(c)4/PAC claim also does not explain it as there is a limit to how much a PAC can donate to a party each year.

The more likely explanation for the DNCs lack of funds has nothing to do with USAID. Americans can see that the DNC is a disorganized mess, I can't imagine giving them a dime.

Tell me, what is the party you've seen destroy themself before now? It must be really rare and you must be really, really old.

The Clinton impeachment fiasco comes immediately to mind. There's no doubt he committed perjury and sent out government officials to commit perjury on his behalf. But a blowjob still doesn't justify overturning an election. And it was really on SCOTUS. The Paula Jones lawsuit should have been tabled until he left office. But, hindsight . . yada yada
