True, but remember, the judicial branch has not spoken its final word. Once SCOTUS rules Trump, or his opponents, will have to accept that and move on.

If they rule against Trump, then he will have to fashion his efforts in a direction that is legal. He cannot flout SCOTUS, especially a SCOTUS he has largely shaped, and is decidely conservative.

You can see from this list not only are they marching orders but you can tell who the dumber media players are just by reading the titles.
