Disagree. Both Bernie and Liz are true socialists. They just realize socialism comes in increments, not all at once.

They're painfully dishonest about their intentions.

Democratic socialists are socialists, despite election rhetoric.

Stop. Bernie supports communism.

End of story

All it means is that it's best for those who can afford the cost. The average person would benefit more from cost/care standpoint from the European system. What good does it do anyone if the best drugs on the market are outside what they can afford.

My grandma found out last week she has to have a hip replacement. She’s getting it done in a week.

In Europe, however... 6 months to a year is the standard wait time.

Every other Western Democratic nation has these policies and more. Going against them would get any European conservative ousted. It works for them, not perfectly, but neither is the US system.

Every other western democratic nation is the size of one of our states with a matching population.

They get their defense from the United States.

They get their medical and drug innovations from the United States.

They get their technological innovations from the United States.

They piggy back off of the United States in order to provide their tiny countries with their minuscule populations with social welfare programs.

Blow them up to our size and see what happens with their “socialized healthcare” and other socialist bullshite.

IT. DOES. NOT. SCALE.

I'm glad your Grandma is going to be okay.

This doesn't disprove what I'm saying, but it does provide context.

It's equivalent exchange. Privatized healthcare will always be a faster solution. I'm not denying that. What I am saying is that because it is privatized everyone is not going to be able to afford it. So accessibility is traded for efficiency.

That's not a bad thing, but it is apparent.

Yeah.... I’d rather not wait for surgery. I’d rather not have to wait to get tests done.

Except that isn’t true at all. Everyone has access to the hospital. A homeless person can walk into the hospital right now and receive medical attention today. He has efficient and accessible healthcare at his fingertips.

Do these other countries not have armies?

My stance is that other countries do not need militaries capable of projecting force. Military defending borders is much cheaper.

Don't they have to tax like 40% of income to do this?

This is true. Too many people confuse health care with health insurance.

The French had an army. They lasted how many days?

Remind me...... who saved them?

When shite hits the fan, Europe calls to America.

Because they depend on America to project that force..........................................

Now imagine what they would have to tax if they had to pay for military like we do. Imagine if they had to pay for medical and technological research like we do. But they are perfectly fine piggybacking off of us.

bullshite. In 2015 and 2016 he praised Venezuela repeatedly during his DNC primary run. The only reason he dropped said praise was because that hell hole fell victim to what ends every form of socialism.

Corruption, massive inflation, poor economy, chasing away big businesses, and finally the revolt of the people.
