Did you watch the same videos that I did? He intentionally accelerated into those people. He then tried to escape. Wake up dude. Every person who participated in this shite was gutter trash. Some were a little more gutter than others, but they're still gutter trash.

It has to be offered, but yes. Typically it reduces the maximum sentence possibility by reducing the grade of the offense. Manslaughter carries a much lighter max sentence generally.
