You're spot on! I have been lectured and admonished by my employer about how horrible of a person I am because I'm white. My career is over, not because I've maxed-out or failed at my job, but because I am a middle-aged white male. I am finished doing anything more than the ABSOLUTE minimum requirements for my job. They actually facilitated a training session yesterday roughly titled "Being Gendered in White Spaces." The pieces of shite actually committed financial resources and personnel to this as a training session.

I should post the email from the CEO who gave specific metrics for what promotions, hires, and supplier racial profile will be going forward - complete with a timeline. However, they would fire me for releasing internal communications into the public domain. Kind of ironic that they wouldn't have published all of this during the last quarterly earnings call. It is PATHETIC to hear these hypocritical lectures from older white guys from their mansions in Westchester County, San Francisco... or on MS Teams video meetings from their vacation homes during the COVID-19 quarantine. I would like to see them resign asap and not sell, but donate ALL their homes if they really believe the bullshite they are spewing. Otherwise, they are disingenuous assholes trying to protect their careers and fortunes!

I will finish out my career with my current employer, but will use my professional skills and intelligence to build out my own business entities (currently in process).

Net-net of the situation... they will get nothing more than the absolute minimum from me and others in my situation. For all the SJWs - go frick yourself
