Please explain further… is it your point that if I was next to a police officer and said I think all police officers are tyrannical POS, it is your opinion that they have the right to arrest me?

Nope, but you shouldn't come crying here if they tell you to go frick yourself.

Just because you can use the Constitution as a shield to be a piece of shite doesn't mean you should. It also doesn't mean that police officers are paid for that purpose.

It's an interesting difference between the US and England. Here you can say frick you to a cop and there's nothing they can do. In England, if you swear at a police officer and other members of the public are in close proximity, they can charge you with a public order offense. The cop can't be the complainant though

I haven't been wrong yet. You're just missing the point, either intentionally or out of incompetence.
Being free to say what you want to someone doesn't mean they get paid for you to do so.

Distinction without a difference.

bullshite.
I get paid. If you tell me to frick off, I can't zip tie you and keep you in a dog cage for three days. That doesn't mean I get paid to take your shite.

What's your main account, by the way?

But, if you don't take it, you may well stop getting paid. Dance on that pin if you wish. Seems silly.

Those aren't the only options, which is the point.
You'd know that if you'd bothered to follow the conversation.

You think so?
Who's going to make that happen?

No it isn't.
Just come clean.

Nothing wrong with that. Just like to know who I'm talking to. Maybe there's some history there that we could work in to make it real spicy.

There's a whole lot between "shut up and take it" and "use their badge and a gun to enforce their not taking it."
That's the part you've been ignoring.
