Cody, you break my fricking heart man!

quote:

Cody Wilson, the Texas man behind the controversial 3-D printed gun, is accused of sexually assaulting a juvenile female, according to a police affidavit obtained by Fox News.

Austin police said they conducted a forensic interview in late August with a juvenile who said she was sexually assaulted by Wilson after meeting him on a website called SugarDaddyMeet.com, the affidavit stated. Wilson had not been arrested in connection with the accusation as of Wednesday afternoon. Austin police Cmdr.

Troy Officer told The Associated Press that the department is working with national and international law enforcement to locate Wilson, who missed a scheduled flight back to the U.S. from Taiwan. Officer said that a friend of the girl told Wilson before he left for Taiwan that police were investigating the allegation against him.

The juvenile told police she connected with a person using the profile name “Sanjuro,” and who identified himself as “Cody Wilson.” She told police Wilson told her he was “a big deal,” according to the police documents. The affidavit does not specify the victim’s age, only identifying her as a “juvenile female under the age of 17.” Officer told the AP that the girl is 16 years old.

Fox News

Wouldn't surprise me to find this was a setup or an instance of fraud, but he is in deep shite no matter what the circumstances are. When you are the Number 1 political dissident in the west, you DO NOT BUY PROSTITUTES ONLINE. How does a guy as versed in political persecution and technology as Cody Wilson frick this up so completely? I dunno.

Word is he fled to Taiwan, which is...whatever I guess. Big setback for freedom.

Fox: Cody Wilson Fled for Taiwan According to Austin Police

quote:

Officer said it was unclear why Wilson went to Taiwan, but he added that a friend of the 16-year-old alleged victim told Wilson that he was under investigation before he left. The commander also said Wilson's name had been entered into a national law enforcement computer listing him as wanted for sexual assault of a child.

This investigation has clearly been ongoing. I am quite sure the details will not be forthcoming, nor pursued by the media at all. Expect the Media to be 100% behind any claims made by police.

Just taking a guess here but don’t these sites require you to be 18 to register?

Usually you don't flee if you're innocent. What a weird situation.

That is the first thing I thought when I saw the article yesterday. I don't recall whether or not he asked her age or asked for ID, it didn't say in the article.

He needs to be prosecuted for this, but that doesn't mean 3-D printed guns shouldn't exist.

Unless she lied about her age in an effort to get him in bed with her and then accuse him of something he didn't know he was doing, I don't really care if it was a setup.

Will police use 3-D printed handcuffs when they arrest him?

I would be "just guessing" too....

Seriously though, I would assume that there is no option to commit felonies using one of these services. I can't fathom that there is a "click here for lengthy prison sentence" option haha

Well, that's not true. That's like saying "innocent people don't do plea deals".

I think it's pretty clear that he did have sex of some kind with this prostitute. The circumstances under which that happened are of course, less important to the Austin PD, the State, and Federal government than most of us would like. If you are Enemy of the State Number 1, you don't bet on any amount of understanding in a matter of fraud between yourself and a prostitute.

If you ask these girls, a “sugar daddy” is different from a John. Ask them how and they probably get upset and tell you to shut up, though.

He is in Taiwan, so I'd guess 3D finger cuffs.

This is literally the only part of this story that matters to me, but I fully expect, as usual, for there to be no consideration of fraudulent circumstances whatsoever.

Unfortunately, that's not going to be the popular sentiment, nor the position of anyone in political or regulatory power, or anyone in the media. This is a HUGE loss for freedom already. It's just damage control from here on out.

Yeah, I'm sure you are right. My guess is that this kind of stuff is either in the gray area, or technically legal. It's the perfect place to honeypot someone with an underage girl. Probably figured out from his internet activity that he had an account and sent this jail bait out there. I doubt we will ever know, as literally everyone in a position of power or authority here hates Cody.

He may be good if he flips affiliations and recants his positions on the 2nd Amendment.

you want him to be prosecuted but you don't even know the facts or evidence?

There's video evidence of him meeting with a girl younger than 17 at a coffee shop, taking her to a hotel room and then taking her to Whataburger. Wtf is dude hanging out with teenagers. Based on the affidavit, it also seems to imply she can say that he has a unique skin condition.

Additionally, if he sent pics of his dick to her (that should be pretty easy to prove, that's also a violation. And if she sent pics to him, then its fun federal law times.

If they have the messages where he propositioned her for the $500.. that's another good charge.

Where there's smoke, there's fire, and this dude is ablaze.

I 100% believe the Feds set him up. They have to shut him down one way or another.
