Russia cant do anything. Maybe if they hadnt invaded Ukraine, they might have flexed to try and save Iran, but any flex would be a blatant bluff at this point. Their biggest war hawks have been complaining about how unfair it is that the US keeps picking off their allies while they are occupied with Ukraine and cant do anything about it
