First off, how would you know that the motive for moving a Priest was to stay "ahead of the police"? And it's not a relevant point, anyway. The police are able to track down and find a criminal that they wish to prosecute.
Why blame the whole Church for the wrongdoings of some of the members of the Church?
This thread is about the Episcopal Church's decision to theologically embrace the Queer Agenda in all of its fullness, to include allowing Homosexual Pastors to be in Same Sex Marriages. The Episcopal Church is one of the major sects of the Protestant faiths. It's disturbing.
The Roman Catholic Church doesn't belong in this thread. Why is it that every time some Protestant pastor or church does something that is obviously against God's law, somebody wants to play "yeah, but what about the Pope"?
The Roman Catholic Church, like all large organizations and churches, has had officials who have broken the law or otherwise engaged in immoral behavior. And some of these past cases may have been mishandled by officials of the Church. This doesn't mean that the whole Church is guilty. That would be like saying "All Christians welcome child molesters."
The Catholic Church does not "welcome" pedophiles. It is an assault on the Body of Christ to perpetuate that lie, or defend anybody who states such a lie by trying to move the goalpost towards "Oh yeah then why do they move priests to keep them away from the police?"
As a matter of Theology, the Protestant Episcopal Church welcomes Gay Male Homosexual Pastors living in same sex marriages and having Gay Sex with their Husbands. This is a fact. There's no need at all to mention the Catholic Church at all as we discuss the facts about this major Protestant sect: the Episcopal Church.
This thread is about an Episcopal School hosting a drag show and my point is: That's not against their Religion. The Episcopal Church, one of the original Protestant sects, openly welcomes all Homosexuals to become pastors and to live in a same sex marriage while doing to.
The thread has nothing to do with the Catholic Church.
If a knowledgeable Episcopalian can come into this thread and provide better insight into this issue, then we welcome that input and corrections.

This thread should be moved to the OT. The thread is valid but it's just in the wrong place.
We need to discuss the growing number of Protestant sects that are now openly welcoming their pastors and their laity to embrace the Gay lifestyle and be active in their sex life with their same sex partners.
Will every Christian sect one day join this movement? The pressure to do so will be IMMENSE and the United States Government itself may very well try to compel all Christian sects to join this movement.

I was referring to the Episcopal seminary, which is why I said "as far as the story goes" and I even referenced Sewanee, which is an Episcopal university.

Thank you for clarifying that, Sir.
Every and each Christian church or assembly is going to be pressured to join the Episcopal Church on this issue. It's going to cause many schisms and divisions, as sects and congregations break up.
