These teachers are worthless. Studies have shown how much worse students collectively do in online only instruction. My college gave professors the option to do online or in person and I have fought diligently to keep all of my classes to be in person. The only time I had to do online only were the finish of the Spring 2020 and Summer 2020 semesters. The performance those terms were well below average and cheating/academic misconduct went through the roof. If you actually care about your students learning (and not just about collecting an easy check), as a teacher you should be demanding to get back in front of students in a face to face environment.
