She should be arrested immediately for federal obstruction of justice.

This is a simple fix - suspend any and all federal funds to an agency for the first offense until access is restored.
Suspend for a year for the second offense.
Suspend for 5 years for the third offense.
Suspend for a year for the second offense.
Suspend for 5 years for the third offense.

Remember, these "raids" are to get and deport people that have FINAL deportation orders (i.e., they have had their "due process"
). This is the equivalent of hiding a person from the cops who has been sentenced to 20 years for manslaughter and has exhausted all their appeals.

I have no problems with this. A mayor should be able to protect their city from the federal govt.
