Politics aside. That is just sad that someone would allow themselves to get like that. Obama said there wasn't a "smidgen" but this man not a smidgen of sense to allow his body to become that unhealthy. People with tons of money don't spend money on clothes to make their horrible bodies look better but the terrible body and health are the issues.
