But I’m not a fan of anyone serving in Congress over the age of 75. I don’t care how strong that person’s mental faculties are, they have no business serving in Congress (where they vote on the laws that govern our nation).
Grassley, Sanders, Durbin, McConnell, Hirono, etc….these are the people we complain about every year; yet we’d choose to elect someone who would be 80 before the end of his term. What does an 80 have in common with someone who is 40?
And before someone replies with “muh Trump”, my position stands…nobody in Congress over the age of 75.
