But if we all get the vaccine we can end this pandemic like Vermont and S Korea, right? It’s funny to me how hesitant we are to acknowledge that the spike-only vaccines aren’t going to end this. I’m not sure why that’s the case, and I don’t believe anybody else knows either. The immune response inspired by the vaccine just doesn’t kill it fast enough to provide any meaningful interruption in transmission chains. I do believe that it protects against severe disease, but that’s only helpful for at-risk demographics. Yet here they are pleading with parents to give it to kids. So weird to me that there isn’t an honest conversation about it, and while I’m not usually a conspiracy theorist, I have some pretty serious doubts about the honesty and integrity of lots of high-profile scientists and doctors right now.
