If the USSC rules in Trump's favor, outside of one scenario (declaring the whole statute unconstitutional), you do realize they just send it back and Trump gets another trial, right?

Yes, Trump can and should. However, they are unlikely to interfere before the appeals process has been exhausted unless the conditions I said before are met.

The vast majority of the appealable (and likely to be won) issues are state court stuff, like the jury instructions, evidentiary rulings (witness testimony, objections, etc.). The primary Constitutional issue is the ruling about non-unanimity with the jury instructions up to the statute itself being unconstitutional. The latter is the one way the USSC can end this.
Otherwise, it just goes back for a new trial with the same jury pool and judge, but with the offending ruling being corrected.

Trump needs to hire that lawyer who argued his case on ballot access to the Supreme Court. That guy was incredible.
