Thats not your call. Begging the Question Fallacy.

Someone claiming "You're an idiot" would be similar..except you show a lot of evidence that it's a factual claim.

You're comparing an on duty police officer who shoots an unruly criminal in the commission of a crime to an convicted felon illegal immigrant shooting an innocent woman in a crowd on a pier?

That’s the morality of creatures like the OP. Illegals and criminals are deserving of freedom even when they commit murder... as long as they vote the right way or are the right color. They are disgusting filth.

He agreed that some cases were worthy of outrage then concluded that all of the protests were BS. Poor construction or foolish logic. Up to him which.

Not the way it read to me. He made the observation that there were consistent protests for one and silence for the other, and that is SJW hypocrisy.

I mean what do you think he was thinking when he decided to put him in an illegal choke hold for allegedly selling loose cigarettes?

Yes. I want to read it accurately. Can you point out the context of his post that led you to your conclusion?

Clearly, he was saying I'm going to kill me a fat black criminal today when he left the house.

Threads from yesterday and the person in question declined to clarify their own statement. Quit fishing.
