Buzbee is arguably a great attorney. But...and this is a big but... I have had a bone to pick with Buzbee ever since he represented Lauren Baxley and other women in civil lawsuits alleging "sexual misconduct" against Texan QB Deshaun Watson.
The upshot of this is Deshaun Watson, a proved winner, left Houston under a cloud of shame. The Texans have sucked royally ever since his departure.

I didn't say Buzbee did that.
I said that he offered to go to go to Paxton's house and that he knew there was no way the judge was going to do that.
The judge was adamant that the photo was in evidence and there would be no further questioning about it. Him having done that, do you think he was going to stop the trial and troop over to Paxton's house. Nope. And neither did Buzbee.

And it really makes no difference which one it was. Any competent lawyer should have objected since Buzbee was far outside the bounds of proper courtroom decorum.
