Anyone, and I mean anyone who says hes in any way gonna improve is an absolute liar, or moron, or both.
The guy was a shitshow before this happened. Especially evident was his cognitive decline. Pair that with a physical sickness and anyone with a functioning brain knows hes eroding away somewhere.
