Their logic is that you can handicaps people for generations and then just say ok we’re equal when they’re 10 lengths behind.
Whether that is accurate or not is obviously something else all together, but I think You need to approach the discussion at least know their side.

I didn't see anything about them wanting to see less babies out of wedlock .

Much of this has already been done during my lifetime with no recognizing of advancements.
