Like you said her biggest thing tied to DNI was her time as a congresswoman. She has many accomplishments
Yes she has. She served on intelligence oversight committees during her time in Congress. In the military she trained counterterrorism units (not really strictly intelligence work, but related). And her time as VP of the DNC as a frickin mole for the good guys all proved to Trump she was qualified for the role. And she was excellent in the role.

Please explain. What did I just say that was so stupid?

Correct. I don't see how anyone could spin the current occupant as anything other than a downgrade. I hope it's a stop gap measure until someone more qualified can fill the role.

So…only DNI’s need to be qualified?
Or…only Trump appointees get scrutinized.

It's obvious that he thinks it's a clown show because of Bill Pulte being the new DNI.
Then you spun that into a ridiculous question about it being about Tulsi stepping down to care for her husband. No sane person could have possibly thought that was the reason he thought the admin was a clown show.
Simply being literate and able to keep up with the most basic of dialogue would clue you in that it's about Pulte.

So you agree that Trump is putting unqualified people in important positions they do not deserve?
Sure just like the last admin and all the others prior to that
Do you no remember the last HHS

I'm thinking he has to go outside of the shadow government bullshite, and hire a fresh trustable set of eyes to root out the bad employees

How the frick do you know? I guarantee you that before Tulsi served and she was being considered that this was the exact same sentiment about her. "She isn't qualified." Yet, by your own admission she was outstanding in the position.
Further, you make it sound like Trump or anyone else had a say in this. Like he fired her and hired a fool.
A wise man would just shut the frick up and hope for the best instead of trying to find a way to use this as an angle to attack the POTUS.

Everyone here knows what happened.
And I don't think he is a fool. Just doesn't have the experience in this domain. I don't think that's an unreasonable thing to point out.

So who would you have preferred he picked? How many available options do you know about he could pick from? How many people do you know about that even wanted this position?
Can you provide the list of all of the names you know about that he could have picked from and then we can all decided together if he made the right pick or not
You can't so you should probably shut the frick up

Why do Trump people lie about things that are easily verifiable? Bill Pulte is a real estate developer.
"Xavier Becerra's qualifications for HHS Secretary rested on his 35-year career in public service, including his leadership as California's Attorney General, 24 years in the U.S. House of Representatives, and extensive legal experience managing complex healthcare litigation.
Degrees: Earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Juris Doctor from Stanford University.
State Justice Department: Served as a Deputy Attorney General in the California Department of Justice
During his confirmation hearings, critics noted that Becerra lacked a medical background or experience running a public health agency. Supporters argued that his deep familiarity with healthcare law, policy implementation, and federal budgets made him uniquely qualified to run a massive federal bureaucracy."
