Irrelevant? The USA does not need to be in a country half way around the world when countries near Syria are not in that country fighting. These are the "rich countries" President Trump is referring to, countries that are letting the USA spend our tax dollars while they sit on the sidelines cheering us on.
Essentially, we are subsidizing these rich countries so they can save their money and manpower while we do all of the heavy lifting. No more!!!!!
