This is bullshite. I regularly worked in one that was normal converted office space. It had to be converted but it wasn’t a major operation. Some added entry control and a few countermeasures; it’s not like walls were replaced. He could have easily had one at his multiple residences and probably did.

One of the comments was "this has Obama written all over it". I bet that's pretty accurate.
