And unless youre a police officer or have ever been a police officer, good shoots and the use of force continuum follow hand in hand. Terminating someone for excessive force when the judicial system has cleared them of acting excessively is nothing more than trying to make a statement. Regardless of your feelings on the matter, his termination is unwarranted using those terms. They would've had better luck firing him on conduct unbecoming because of his language. And that's a long shot.
He about to get paid.
