They waited for the DNI to say the laptop was not Russian disinformation and then knew the pressure turned up on the FBI who had to admit they had laptop today.
Now you dick slap the FBI by giving this to the Delaware State police and have Rudy go public.
Tomorrow the WSJ expose drops too.
Kudos to Bannon for this masterful tactical move.

They may have also calculated that Bidens natural tendency would be to hide - by the time he is effectively asked about it for the first time the confirmation will be out.
Hopefully DJT plays this hand at the debate in a way that appeals to those who are really hearing it for the first time.
