Kemp called that argument "absurd" because it would mean public officials could shield records of their official activities, like the audit, by farming the work out to contractors.

"The court completely rejects Senate defendants' argument that since (Cyber Ninjas) and the subvendors are not 'public bodies' they are exempt from the (public records law)," Kemp wrote. "The core purpose of the public records law is to allow public access to official records and other government information so that the public may monitor the performance of government officials and their employees."

Now let's see communications between democrat politicians and their employees and big tech.

Democrats love to use the "private business" argument when they are using them to subvert the Constitution.

What if Logan got paid a bonus individually before the audit even started?

These same people believe Trump went to the lengths of having Michael Cohen's shell company make concealed "hush" money payments to Stormy Daniels.

Do they really think there's going to be a smoking gun email with the subject line 'Bribe for election audit work' just sitting in his inbox?

Not likely. More inference than evidence, but the cancellation of the $400,000 mortgage on Logan's home in January has been posted on the www.

People pay off mortgages all the time. Based on how desperate you are to make the auditors look bad, it's clear you are scared of what these audits are going to find.

That's true. but not so many pay off a mortgage that they put 5% down on a $400,000+ house less than two years ago.

It's clear that as the audit drags on and on you are more and more scared that the audit will not be the big gotcha you hoped it would.

The audit has already served its purpose and has already shown that fraud happened. The only reason it is "dragging on and on" is because Maricopa County is obstructing the audit.

Imagine being this bassackwards that the above is unacceptable, but $10T in additional deficit spending because... reasons... is absolutely unremarkable.

And their immediate family members. That 10% for the Big Guy doesn't show up in his account directly.

I must have missed when the auditors released their official report.

Where are you getting your "unofficial" information? Let me guess--Gateway Pundit.
